Policies
1. All spaces are assigned at the office and are pre-paid. Any space remaining vacant or unpaid as of 8 AM the day of rental may be re-rented at office discretion.
2. All merchandise must be contained within the space rented.
3. Dealers will be charged for any non-market generated garbage left in their space.
4. Florida Twin Markets assumes no responsibility for vendors’ property.
5. Overdue rent will be assessed a late fee of $5 per week per space.
6. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.
7. All rentals are final – NO REFUNDS

**Must rent monthly for three consecutive months.
Reservations for booth space begin at 12:00PM noon each Sunday for the following weekend.

Note about Antique Center and Consignment Hours:
On Fridays, many booths in the enclosed building are not staffed, as well as a number of buildings in the Street of Shops. On Saturdays and Sundays, all booths, consignment areas, the Stable, and the Street of Shops are open.
