(Learn about becoming a monthly vendor) *A $200 Deposit is required per 10×20 store and is non-refundable but will be applied towards monthly rent. *Additional charges are assessed for air-conditioned stores, additional lighting fixtures, equipment, appliances, etc. *Vendors with special needs may require seperate circuit breakers. *Vendors must pay for all costs associated with special electrical hook-ups. *A $20 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. *All rents are due by the last Sunday of every month, for the next rental month. All outstanding balance(s) are subject to a $35.00 per month late fee. Renninger’s reserves the right to refuse to rent to any vendor for any reason. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
