*A $200 Deposit is required per 10×20 store and is non-refundable but will be applied towards monthly rent.
*Additional charges are assessed for air-conditioned stores, additional lighting fixtures, equipment, appliances, etc.
*Vendors with special needs may require separate circuit breakers.
*Vendors must pay for all costs associated with special electrical hookups.
*A $20 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
*All transactions paid by credit card will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.
*All rents are due by the last Sunday of every month, for the next rental month. All outstanding balance(s) are subject to a $35.00 per month late fee.
Renninger’s reserves the right to refuse to rent to any vendor for any reason.
